I stayed for 4 days. Room was never cleaned over the span of my stay. There are some small flies in the room. Power outlet is not working. Breakfast just had a muffin and nothing else. Access key gets de activated everyday

Shuttle service is limited!!! This is rather important to note for the future, but their airport shuttle service is LIMITED. I asked for a shuttle at 6:30PM, and was told their driver had gone home. And in the morning, if you have an early flight, you're out of luck. Shuttle didn't start until 6:30, which doesn't work for someone with a 7:30 flight. Outside of that, the room was fine, service was fine, no complaints there.

My reservations was cancelled at 6pm but my flight did not land until midnight

Not so happy The service and bed was great. The bathroom was unclean and the bathroom sink never drained.

the experience overall was okay.. could have been better but it also could have been sooo much worse... I didn't mind it I would stay there again ...
