Great room - NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE when we needed it. NOTE: there is NOT 24 HOUR AIRPORT SHUTTLE! Hotels.com lies and says there is. There are limited hours for the shuttle so best to check with hotel to make sure you will be able to take advantage of the free shuttle. Also beware of the cab company, they tried to charge us DOUBLE of the phone quote.
Loved it! It was better than expected. I would definitely stay here again.
Good hotel and close to work The person who checked me in was excellent and did a good job in making sure I was taken care of. She made sure I had what I needed and overall good place.
Bed sheet not clean My main complaint is the bed sheet that has a big stain (about 3 inches in diameter) on it. Looks disgusting. Also the hotel is too far from most areas of interest in Durham except the airport. Good thing is that there's a free shuttle that can take you to places within 5miles of the hotel, including the airport.
Terrible birthday present Guess was real loud got to fighting. I thought the door was being kicked in. Loud, maids didn't check on me. Overall just a terrible stay for mr birthday! Thanks!
Room services needs improvement The condition of the hotel's room is great. However, the room that was assigned to us was not clean when we checked in. Hotel management later gave us another room. The second room had one dirty pillow and a few used towels remained in the room. Overall, the size/condition of the room is nice. But, improvement needed for Room services staffs.
Good I had a good stay. The hotel was nice and staff. I don't like that if you pay with cash u have to make a 100 deposit that not fair everyone doesn't use credit cards. Other than that I had a good time and may stay again one day .
