I couldnot believe the hotel didnot have ice. That is something u need. Lights very dim. Bathroom lights was dim and u could see wasnt that clean in tub in cracks.Help was friendly at desk...but another girl work there I ask her a question but she just wasnt friendly

Rude incompetence at front desk, but clean comfort The front desk clerk was unfriendly, painfully slow, and insufficiently trained. At check-in, he irritably barked at me to "stop tapping" (which had begun only after check-in had already dragged on for over ten minutes), he billed a deposit to my *credit* card (only done for *debit* cards), then he refused to correct his mistake until I threatened to phone their central complaint line. Staff pleasant, but under-supplied Wonderful check in staff (Damien), room was clean enough, but I was very disappointed that the kitchen dishware and utensils that I needed were impossible to get. I guess they ran out and didn't resupply? I was not able to do the cooking I had counted on being able to do, because of this. Other than that, everything was OK.

my relaxing trip it was ok
Convenient, comfortable, and pleasant Our stay was only one night, but everything worked out well. The room was big, functional, and aesthetically better than most.
Descent Hotel Stay Easy location to reach from the airport. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable and at a good price which works for me. If you are looking for Four Seasons type accommodations look elsewhere but I would probably stay there again. Some of the down sides are the continental breakfast which is just instant oatmeal and granola bars with coffee.
