There was a nice, eager to please lady that checked me in but after her is where the stay over went downhill…The other folks at the front desk seemed lazy and more concerned with their cell phones, goin on break and any request seemed to be a bother… No ice machine, no food other than a vending machine… I do not recommend this place and have already booked next trip in same location at a competitors hotel… Thanks but I WON’T be coming back… I hope the nice lady does find work elsewhere… she was very sweet…

There was a roach that crawled across the backsplash as I was using the cooktop. The hotel agreed to a refund but I was still charged the room fee plus the $100 deposit total of $175. We were only checked in for about two hours before we left.

Terrible place to stay This hotel houses permanant low income residents. They are loud, and don't care about others at the hotel. I had to call 3 times to get people to stop the thumping loud music and yelling noises. they never stopped, so I left, requesting a refund.

Kept my deposit for no reason Charged the amount for my stay plus a $100 deposit but didn’t get my deposit back even though there were no issues when leaving

Could Be Better The front idea staff was very accommodating. One of our party would be arriving much later than the other and they were able to quickly change the name on the reservation. The downside was that no one from the from desk was there until the morning. I requested cookware (which was $39.99) and dishes (which were $19.99) but none of it was there. Thank goodness because those prices were ridiculous. Also there were roaches in the room: a few dead and one alive.

I was frustrated that the security deposit was not clearly stated in the reservation, the door keys were hard to use, the fire alarm had no battery and kept beeping before I replaced the battery, and there was no one to take my key when I left. Do you not have staff at this facility?
