We checked in on 7/31. -8/10 the very first night was difficult to sleep due to noise from upstairs. We spoke with the hotel clerk the next day as well as days that followed and she said we would get moved to another room. We were told no rooms were available when I asked about the room change again. We went upstairs several times About the noise and it just seemed to get worse. The outside of the property is nice with lots of parking. The staff i saw was nice. My room was not very clean in some areas. Near the couch it looked like cereal had been spilled, and i found a childs size snack bag under the edge of the couch when I was placing a cockroach bait. I saw approximately 10 cockroaches, one of which was an adult.

I had two bookings because Expedia would not allow me to book past 30 days. So to extend, I had to book the same room twice and come down to the front desk to check out and check in again. I stayed at this property from Saturday June 10, 2023 to Wednesday July 26, 2023. That is a total of 46 days. Housekeeping only came by once during those 46 days. Only good thing is there were no bugs.. in my room at least. I was hoping to use the kitchen since I planned on staying for a week, but they didn’t have any pots and pans or utensils. I was locked out of my room and to my surprise there is nobody on site from like 10pm or 11pm u til 6am.. so I had to sit in the hallway for 5 hrs u til someone came in for their shift. Highly upsetting. I left the following morning. I would never stay here again.

Wear the respiratory! It was horrible and very stinky. Their odors was strong smoked and molds. I just got out of this hotel for just 1 night out of 12 nights.

Very smelly room, stained mattress, stained carpet . This place was not with the money spent. Need improvement . And refurbished. The checking lady was very nice
