Very very bad! Booked 5 deluxe rooms. Very poor quality rooms, reek of stale food and cigarettes. Absolutely filthy carpets, uncomfortable and saggy beds and pillows and dirty old ratty leather couches. Large gaping hole in the ceiling exposing the rafters and insulation. Paper thin walls, you can hear everything around you. A/C barely works. Room key stopped working randomly in the middle of the night with nobody at the front desk to replace it. Horrible experience, will not be coming back.

The room smelled so terrible. It smelled like mildew, cigarettes, weed, and urine. I couldn't sleep because the smell so bad that it was hard to breath. The lobby was closed at night. There was a massive hole in the couch, the bathtub had long hair in it with soap suds around the drain (it had not been cleaned). There was broken glass in the parking lot so if you have dogs be careful. The outlets didnt work in the kitchen and the light was out as well. Kind staff but crappy hotel Booked this hotel because we needed a place to stay last minute. It was very obvious why this place was 100$ less than surrounding hotels. The front was all locked up when we arrived to check in at 1 a.m. so that process took way longer than it should have, then our first room the HVAC unit was broken and the room was hot as heck. Horrible, don't stay It was horrible. Horrible smell all throughout the hotel. Staff only there 10am-10pm. Bugs in the bed. Fold out bed rusted, moldy, and disgusting. The bathroom floor creaked so bad, we were afraid it would fall through. They advertised free breakfast but said they don't do that anymore. Seems to have permeant residents, who are sketchy. Caught one person going down the hallway checking to see if any doors were unlocked. App is not allowing me to add photos, but have plenty for evidence

The hallways smelled like smoke from a cigarette. The room I stayed in had a weird smell too when you walked in. The bed was comfortable. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. As the saying goes, “ You get what you pay for!” It just wasn’t the best experience for me. The front desk manager was nice and waived my late fee for checking out earlier than I expected to.

When compared to 4919 where we are now it's horrible. They accepted my reservations online and when we got there they didn't have the correct room asked for. We couldn't stay. we went elsewhere cheaper too.
