studio plus in Richmond, VA The hotel was not very well maintained. Room was not very nice and the hallways and elevators were dirty. Also the first hotel that I have stayed at that charges for internet service. I would not stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend it to others

Studio Plus - Very Dirty and not well maintained! I checked in and immediately noticed that the lobby and check in area were dirty. I was very worried about my room as well at that point. Once I got to my room I found that it was outdated and not cleaned well. I decided not to complain b/c I was only there one night. I pulled my covers back to lay in bed and there was a bug under my pillow. I immediately called the lady that checked me in and asked for a refund. where's the hot water ? There was no hot water for the shower. In addition there was only 1 spoon and two each forks and knives. Also only two glasses. Don't expect to stay for more than one day. Kids wer in the hallway doing their homework.

Stay Away!!! Although the people are very nice, the rooms are horrible. The first room I was sent to had an unmade bed and trash all over the place. When I mentioned this to the receptionist she said it was the fourth time that had occurred that evening. The second room, although clean, was smelly and had white particles floating from the air conditioning system. After purchasing and using a can of Lysol, I still did not want to touch anything in the room. This was the best they had! Garbage was piled up in bags next to the ... read more
