Filthy Room The hallways were filthy, room was dirty and the other room we were staying in wasn't even prepared. No extra linens or pillows for the pull out bed. Bad smell in hallway, elevator and rooms. No washcloths in the bathroom. Staff was grumpy and unhelpful.

Déception sur l'hôtel de Richmond Après que l'hôtel ai annulé ma réservation puisque l'hôtel était surbooké, Expédia m'a trouvé la même chambre dans le même hôtel... Tout cela m'a fait perdre plus d'une heure de ma journée de vacance. Sur place, le lit de la chambre n'était pas fait. Il n'y avait pas de drap ni de couverture dans la chambre. C'est les employés de la réception qui ont du venir faire le lit. Je vous passe de la qualité !

Location is the only positive This hotel is in a great location. That's the only positive comment. Check-in was slow, the room was cramped, you had to "check-out" dishes, the oven was beyond old and the room and bed smelled horrible. Don't stay here.

Awful. And very uncomfortable I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. It's out dated and wifi doesn't work. Staff is never at desk. I handle a lot of client that travel in and out of Richmond and will make sure this hotel is off their radar.

Bed Bugs! Stay away! There were bed bugs in the room. I was bitten like crazy all night...nothing more to say. Have not gotten any response from hotel management. Will never use hotels.com or this hotel again
