Poor qulaity I will not stay here again. First they put me in a smoking room and justified it by saying "I am a smoker, I don't smell smoke"... right. The woman there did eventually find me a non-smoking room, so I appreciate her hard work. However, another of their workers straight up lied to me about my bill. The "free breakfast" were some apples and granola bars, the halls smelled of dog/cat urine, and the rooms were incredibly run down. I will not stay there again.
Not Happy I usually don't rate hotels and I don't like to complain ... but, I reserved a non-smoking room yet when I checked in there was an ash tray on the table and a smell. No other rooms available so I just dealt with it. I stayed two days and upon returning to the room late in the afternoon of the second day no room service had been performed. Upon check-in there was still a bar of USED bath soap in the shower and no new soap available - ick! "Stocked" kithen did have utinsils and cooking pots etc but included only one ... read more

This hotel needed better house keeping. Bathroom was nasty. Bottom of toilet had not been cleaned. Tub had dirt ring in it. Wall behind the door had a hole in it and the floor was dirty. Sink had mold in it. Not at all happy with the cleanliness of this place. Will not stay here again.

Don´t even think of staying there Location is good, rooms are quiet, but everything is so poorly kept. After my first night I changed rooms because the kitchen and bathroom floors were so dirty that they were sticky. I wanted to change hotels, but had prepaid and that unfortunately wasn´t an option. I think that the kitchen and bathroom floors are barely wiped over with a dampt rug-it´s disgusting. In the bathroom, where the tiles end on the wall, it´s grimy. Great staff, terrible hotel The staff was very nice; helpful in dealing with the problems we had. The hotel was filthy, and poorly maintained. Ultimately, we recieved a refund on one night.
.3 day stay When I arrived at this hotel I noticed immediately that it was going to be a low budget hotel. It was more like an efficiency motel. If I wasn't going to be away from the hotel for most of the day I would have canceled my reservation immediately. This is like a one star hotel

Not clean! Not very clean and fitness equipment did not work properly. I wouldn't recommend even at the low price. Location is pretty good.
Won't Stay Here Again!!! The hotel amenities and location look great online...very deceiving! The furniture was old, dirty, ...I covered the sofa with a set of sheets for the bed....very noisy...A family with kids was in the room across the hall...It sounded like they were in MY ROOM!! Somewhat secluded hotel behind a furniture store, but overall close to shops and restaurants, This type of hotel is NOT FOR ME!!! I definitely won't stay there again..the Candlewood Suites is much nicer!!
Not clean Our room smelled like bernt popcorn,the rug was filthy and had spots that looked Horrid. There was a large stain on the sofa. There was bags of garbage stacked in the hall . When we returned from dinner the police were at the hotel removing rowdy people.
