very very poor service. ***NEVER AGAIN*** Very Very poor service. rooms and everything including beds,sofa, bathrooms were stink. old hotel and furniture and kitchen was very old. nothing was there kitchen. even no paper towel, forget about dish washing liquid and cookwares in the kitchen. ,only few snacks bar and mini muffins was part of there free breakfast. Wifi never worked for me, No ice maker in the hotel.No help from staff other than just saying "sorry sir". I believe extended stay of America hotel is not maintaining ... read more

Most disgusting hotel I have ever experienced. The hotel was horribly dirty. We walked into our room and the toilet was clogged. Stains on multiple washcloths and towels in bathroom and kitchen. Disgusting stains on an office chair and the pull out bed mattress. Room looked nothing like the online pictures. Hair on blankets and towels. Stay away from this place.

I came late to this hotel.yes its my fault. But they gave my room away without calling to see if I was still coming so they gave my room away. I book a room for six people and they gave me a room for four people.I showed them them that I book it for six and it was like they didn't even care they told me that that's all they had. Iam not coming back here again.

Okay but can use improvement When entering the hotel lobby there is as unpleasant smell. The lobby appears clean and the very helpful and friendly. The room I booked was for 6 people. It had two queen beds and a sleep sofa. The issue was the sleep sofa. The mattress on the sleep sofa was in horrible condition so my eldest granddaughter elected not to sleep on it she said it was disgusting and I agree.

Needs a cleaning!!! The room was so dirty. There were spots everywhere on the rug, ceiling, counter, and etc. The breakfast or lack there of was horrible. They did not even give any orange juice, cereal or anything. If this is a family hotel they should at least offer orange or apple juice for the kids. I only had a short stay thank goodness or I would have been complaining to the top of my lungs. OK in a pinch We stayed one night for a dog show. The sofa bed was too uncomfortable to use and the bed was almost as bad. No ice machine and only one vending machine. The only plus was being able to bring in the dogs but for an extra fee of course. There are much better places for $100.

VERY Disapointing stay Upon our arrival, we had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to return to the front desk to check in. We were then asked to wait an additional 10 minutes so that the front desk attendant could check if our room was ready (our check in time began at 3pm, when we arrived at 6pm). When he retured he informed us that the only available room was a smoking room, despite the fact that I had specifically requested a non-smoking room. As compensation, we were offered Febreze to help cope with the smell. The room... read more

We paid for a non-smoking room but upon arrival, all they had were smoking rooms. The hallways smelled terrible but the room was a little better. The manager on duty did offer us a bottle of Febreeze. We were desperate since all other hotels in the surrounding area were booked up. I was very disappointed that we couldn't get the non-smoking room we paid for. Other than that, the room was fine.

Not a huge fan but its ok! Front desk was dopey and confused half of the time and unhelpful and should possibly to IT instead.
