Bed Bugs and Black Mole, Room 271, 2 Nights of HEL Room 271- Our Room, Had Bed Bugs, Bites on legs and thighs, me and my wife ! Black Mole around The Bathroom Tub ! Not Clean!

I booked two rooms for the weekend. One of the rooms the toilet would not flush. I called the front and requested maintenance to come fix it. We returned later that night and it was not fixed. The maid service also had not been to either room. Got switched to another room, shower head in it would not work. Shower and sinks would not drain quickly at all.

Rooms were dirty and we got bite by bed bugs. We have pictures and informed the staff of our situation. Will not consider again.

N0ot a good deal for overnight stay When we arrived to check in the desk had a sign on it that the person was on break and would return at 10 pm. When we go in our room we found there was no garbage can in the bathroom and when realizing that we didn't get told the specifics about breakfast we tried to call the front desk - but found that the phone in the room did not work. This facility is in a pathetic condition. Rooms are dirty. Appliance is bad shape. Bathroom is bad . There is no continental breakfast.
