I made an Expedia reservation online. Soon after, the hotel called and told me the hotel was sold out. I was also told that Expedia overbooks, and the hotel honors direct reservations over third-party ones. Expedia tried to find another location. When they could not, Expedia refunded my points and dollars. I was surprised to be able to book a reservation at a sold out hotel.

This was a terrible experience. The room was dirty with trash on the bathroom floor and in the bathroom sink. There is a hole in the bathroom door, dents in the appliances, cracks in the walls. The check in clerk at the front desk was very kind and cordial. However, we will be making a formal complaint about the conditions of the room. Room 374 was a not pleasant experience. Dirty, Dirty! The bed was made, but the bed sheets were questionable as well as the other surfaces in the room. The shower and shower curtain was the filthiest I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. PLEASE, MAKE SURE THE ROOMS ARE PROPERLY CLEANED. Thank you.

Soon when I walked into the main office, I was told "$25" because it was before check-in time before even asking my name. They ran out of wash cloths so we were giving hand towels to bathe. Not sure if this is normal at an Extended Stay, but room was not cleaned after the first night. Bathroom was somewhat cleaned, traces of hair were on the bathroom tile in the shower, I ended up bringing my own Lysol wipes, to do my own cleaning.

Room had not been properly cleaned. Someone else’s hair on bed sheets and something that looked like blood on the comforter. Front desk did send someone to change the linens when notified. Woke up to find water all over the kitchenette floor. I won’t stay here again.

Dont stat here It was paint chipping from walls and doors. It was a spider in the tub. Shower wouldn't work at first. Asked for extra covers couldn't get it because they were dirty. Next morning got a dirty look from the lady at the front loby by because I asked for extra washcloths. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY THERE

Destroys the "Extended Stay" brand Rusted, cracked tub/shower... cigarette burns on the bathroom floor... and roaches... I used to rely on the "Extended Stay" brand to find short term housing while contracting.... This was enough to kill that idea.
