When I arrived in Richmond received a phone call from hotel that my reservation was canceled and made reservations at another extended stay. When I arrive at the other location I proceeded to walk back out. That place was filthy, and that was just in the lobby. Needless to say I left and found another hotel on my own. Will NEVER stay at an extended stay ever. And I will leave you with a tip, train your people customer service skills!

Guest's should ask desk clerk to check their rooms appliances before accepting room have had 2 visits where room had broke appliance (refrigerator) will save you from repacking your belongings to move to another room or building

Horrible place. Very Nasty place. Bathroom was not clean.. Someone hair was still in the bathroom floor...Very bed smell.. Never again I would book here

The room was filthy, there was food on the counters and in the microwave, there was black stuff on the walls, there was pink stuff around the drains, the sink had white stuff on it, the sheets had stains on them, the room had not been dusted, it was horrible. The staff was not nice nor accommodating. I will be contacting corporate.

Upon arrival, a staff member was on the phone in the back for approximately 5 minutes and apparently never realized I entered the office to check in. It wasn’t until another staff member walked in and informed her that I was there that I then was serviced. Strike one! No apology received. Strike two! My key stopped working on day two, and I was provided with no apology or explanation as to what happened. I don’t even recall being properly greeted when I walked in, but I do remember attitude.
