It is a fantastic location. There is a very very good massage place right across the street, can walk to it. There is a restaurant next to the massage place that has happy hour starting at 4pm to 7pm for food and drinks. Very inexpensive. What I did not like about it is the room was very very dirty. I walked around in my socks and the dirt was ground in so I had to throw them away. The blanket on the bed was just awful. It was dirty with hair all over it. This property was the worst place i have ever stayed. The bathroom had mold in and our bed had hair all over it so we requested another room and that one had mold all over the bathroom as well.

I wasnt expecting the Ritz Carlton but i expected better than what it is. Our bed literally had blood stained sheets which means they either didn't change them or are just reusing blood stained sheets. The shower was disgusting. It looks like it hadn't been cleaned in months with mold and mildew buildup. Plus someones used soap was still sitting on the tub wich leeds me to believe it's not cleaned well between patrons. Disgusting, Disgusting, Disgusting!!!!!!! This place is disgusting, dirty, poor lighting outside, staff should go to some kind of class to learn how to treat people!!! They gave one in our party a dirty room at 11 pm that should have been cleaned way before then since he had reservations but had an unmade bed and dirty towels on the bathroom floor. This property was close to my competition site. I booked 16 rooms. 8 doubles and 8 deluxe suites. Issue #1 I receive a total for the rooms so I expected to pay that amount with tax. I got there and they had to do each room individually and tried to charge me more per room. #2. They over charged me twice by charging my card for 2 rooms I did not receive. Disappointed Room was rather shabby. Toilet seat was loose. Linens were not sufficient. Door was not a tight close and lock. Outside trash in cans was overflowing which gave the property a rundown slum look. Advertised a breakfast which consisted of coffee, packaged muffins, granola bars, and packs of oatmeal. No fruit or juice even. On duty morning clerk did not offer a receipt! I had to ask. This property needs some management, a facelift, and a good cleaning.
