Not happy We arrived shortly after midnight to find that the lobby closed at 11pm. There was a phone outside to call for assistance. It was not working properly. We tried multiple times. I called from my cell phone. No one answered at the property. I also called the Extended Stay 800 # No one answered. After standing outside in freezing temperatures for close to 45 minutes someone finally showed up in the office. Not very clean at all! Out of 3 rooms, only one had bath towels. Never Again!

Okay for the Price I got a non-smoking room but the entire room smelled like smoke. I’m not sure if it came from the guy smoking next door or if it was in the carpet, curtains and bedding. The water in the shower was cold both days I stayed. I thought the first time was just an unfortunate fluke, but I t happened again the 2nd day.

Not staying again. Charged a full day for a 230pm-3 checkout. Would have been out earlier had I not had to go transfer money to an account and go online to book another night before I was allowed to retrieve my belongings from the room. An unhappy guest looks at every imperfection, I don't feel I would have minded the other problems as much as I could fix and did fix most of them. This was a fine basic property but the staff I interacted with was not responsive. I called down to the front desk for my preferred amenities package, which was just silverware and drinking glasses and they were never delivered to my room.

I have seen Roaches and also few bugs(not bed bugs)
