They half cleaned my room customer service suck they act like they could help me gave me towels to they wasnt bringing them. To my room

Neck pain!! When arriving in the room there was only one pillow and no remote, I went to the office and asked for another pillow and the staff disappeared to find one and never came back. I went to dinner and came back and stopped at office again to ask again. I was then told they were completely out of clean pillows! I was given a remote but the tv still didn’t work. Everything was good and clean. I was a little freaked out by them making the bed while i was gone but I know that is their job.
