Check-in was pleasant; the staff is great. The room was clean and well supplied. Especially for the price, this is a great place. Probably the location is the biggest negative but that is personal preference. It is next to a major highway but it is still quiet in the room. Amenities are perfectly good but not $150 a night fancy which is perfect for a 2-night stay. Oh, and the bed was very comfortable. When I return to Roanoke, I'll stay here for sure.

It was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and responsive. The included breakfast left a great deal to be desired - coffee and a Nature's Valley granola bar does not a breakfast make.

Two of the light fixtures did not work and there was a very loud motor noise that ran through the whole night. Very disturbing.

Great potential but fell way short . This could have been a much better stay by far. Pros: room was clean the staff was awesome and friendly Water in shower got hot and had good pressure Pretty decent rate. Cons: TV didn't work for 5 of my 6 days and didn't get any refund or courtesy stay for it. No TV No coffee maker No Dished, utensil or cookware in the dinet like it was advertised. Phone didn't work Remote (once TV got fixed) didn't work Shifty area And worst of all my room was above someone who had 2 German shepherd tha... read more
