Plumbing issues, inspections done while rooms were occupied by guests which is illegal. Maintenance being done while rooms were occupied. Constantly harassing and calling the rooms over service animals being in said room requiring that guests pay pet deposit for service animals.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so bad that I feel obligated to warn others. First and foremost, I was never informed that the front desk closes at 10:00 PM. I arrived at approximately 10:15 PM, expecting a normal check-in, only to discover the building completely closed. Instead of a staffed desk, there’s a random phone mounted on the side of the building that you’re supposed to use to call someone to come down and check you in. Okay so yeah like I had come in and everything was okay at first and then I started looking around there was no hand towels the TV would not work I didn't know what was wrong with it the Air does not get hot and the window does not lock I called someone down here about that and the lady was going to move me to another room but I was tired from where I was in the hospital so I told her to wait till today then today when I explained to the man after I paid another 70 some dollars they didn't even give me a discount for yesterd... read more

Everything was okay our 1st night! But we had to leave due to flooding in our room 124 Our truck had water half way up on the tires! It was very traumatic for both myself, my husband and our little dog! We walked through water up to our shorts to get in our truck!! We had no extra money to stay somewhere else! So we had to spend the night elsewhere so we were soaking wet and had to stay in our truck! We did drive back down to the hotel but the fire trucks had blocked off the entrance!

Don't go even if paid to do so Staff indifferent. One thin bar of soap and one towel supplied for three people. When a new towel was requested at the desk I was told it was policy to return the used towel before a new one could be issued. Very limited desk hours which was problematic when the power went down. Had to pay in full before moving in. Room smelled. No waste basket. Worst place ever.
