Property was conveniently located. The guests kept to themselves. Staff was polite and seemingly accommodating. Kitchenware was an additional cost. No toaster or coffee pot. The internet was an additional cost and hardly worked properly. The pet costs were very high. The outside lighting wasn't working properly. Key cards reprogrammed multiple times per day, over multiple days. No additional accommodations: ice, printing, coffee,breakfast, housekeeping, pool or exercise area. Bath tub was dirty/ mold around the spout and didn’t have a shower curtain. Room smells of cigarette and it was no smoking. Everything was very old and needed updating

Horrible. Horrible. Would not cancel my booking when it was done on accident. Charged me anyways. Never use them or hotels.com

Don’t stay if you don’t want a disease! The room was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom looks like it hadn’t been cleaned. The carpet are absolutely nasty, , And need a replacing. There’s constant noise from outside so little sleep we did get rare. That being said, the night manager was the only plus to the whole stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone except maybe if they were homeless. And that’s only maybe.

my room key only worked once or twice every day had to get in re booted

Roach Palace There were roaches in the hotel room kitchen, bathroom and bedroom and stink bugs on the ceiling. I brought my Bissell Green Machine to clean the carpets and the water was still black after 2 cleanings.
