Hotel Stay Dirty kitchen floor. Food left in and dirty microwave; no cups; no glasses; missing utensils; no cream for coffee. Hotel should develop or use a checklist so housecleaning staff does not forget to replace items and/or clean the room.

Patsy Mason It was an extended stay hotel and evidently I did not understand exactly what that meant. But after this visit, I know I will not stay in another hotel like that. It's cost was not much cheaper than some of the other hotels, I just picked this one because it said it was very close the the airport. There was no toilet paper after day 1, they do not supply toilet paper unless you go to the office and ask. They also do not come in your room unless you leave a message for them to do that. Not really a good value Very few cooking utensils. Hotel did not provide shanpoo, conditioner or even a hair dryer. Kitchen counter had burn marks and the bathroom needed a makeover.

Extended Stay Roanoke Well bellow what we usually find in Extended Stay hotels. Dirty Room, bad service and had a leak on top of the shower head... gross!

Needs Improvement No hot water. Should have the maintenance people come to fix the problem immediately. They waited until the next day morning.
