You Get What You Pay For This is a clear case of discount hotel = inferior quality. My room was poor at best. Although non-smoking the stench of cigarettes permeated the room, the carpet was filthy, kitchen greasy, phone broken and inoperable, lamps dusty, etc. On the other hand the bathroom and linens were clean and fresh. To be fair there were a number of rooms closed for renovation. I actually peeked in one and was impressed. Bottom line, keep your expectations low.

Not a nice hotel too close to the loud highway. Renovation was taking place while we were staying in the hotel and they would allow the construction to begin at 4am! All day it sounded like a herd of people were stampeding above us.

The bed linens were worn out and the blankets had holes in them. Everything was clean, just worn out.

You get what you pay for. Smoke free room smelled very smoky. Ash trays in room. No shampoo in bathroom.

We check in on time got to the room check out found out that the bathroom had toilet that kept on running all the time so I called the front desk got another room but this had no wash cloths in the bathroom. Walls a thin a piece of paper you hear upstairs and downstairs as well as the rooms next to you. So if I was coming back to stay I wouldn't just slept in my car cause you will get the same treatment as if you was there.

Not what I was looking for Had to wait 30 minutes for a room in lobby plus while waiting manager was fighting with former guest over unpaid bill. Just not desireable

The hotel was in extreemly run down condition, it should be torn down. Everything was damaged and showed severe wear. Service was sufficient but no one was in the lobby when we left.

Customer Service? I asked for quarters from the front desk as the sign in the laundry instructed. There were no quarters at the front desk and no attempt to acquire any more. I asked for a later check out in exchange for the disappointment and inconvenience over the quarters. I received no satisfaction there either. There were other pet friendly hotels available in the area. I will give the competition a try next time.

Definately not as nice as the pics on the internet The hotel was clean, but room needed updating. Pictures on the internet were very nice, room was not bad, but defianately not as expected. Needs a major update! No ice machine, no dish soap, fridge took hours to get cool, and A/C didn't cool room and heater smelt like something was burning....should've opened the windows, would've been more confortable. Staff was nice and professional.
