TOTALLY UNSAT The stay did not occur. After calling on Thursday (15 May) and stating we would not be arriving on Thursday due to the severe weather, but we would be arriving Friday evening. Amazing after leaving graduation & arriving, Extened Stay had no knowledge of our reservation. But the desk clerk indicated I was being billed as a no show for Thursday. Obvisously, I was upset especially more upset when they tried to offer a smoking room. Totally UNSAT is all I can say.

Wont go back It took me (them) 30 minutes to get checked in. The room smelled like smoke. My clothes smelled like smoke the next day. I had to open the window to let in some fresh air. I wont go back there.

I got there and they didn't have my room . They made some comments about expedia and they're customers have no clout and communication from expedia is basicly non-existant . They had no double NON SMOKING rooms availible . They held me up for an hour and finally improvised with two singles ; however they were SMOKING ROOMS . COMPLETELY DISCUSTING . I managed about an hour of sleep .

Was NOT a suite... Kitchenette only had 1 Stove top eye working. Neither desk light worked. No dish soap and no shampoo. Remember TSA frowns on you for bringing enough of that worth anything with you....

NOT GOOD SO STAY AWAY First off, the hotel would not let my partner into the room after we notified them she was coming. Then they made her buy another room until I got there. Then the non-smoking room smelt horrible of cigarettes and they did not even put soap in the bathroom. disappointed

OK for a short stay I know this is an extended stay but I personally would not want to stay here much longer than my two nights. Even though I booked A nonsmoking room, my room was a smoking one - I had to ask the staff to switch this (which they gladly did). When I entered my next room, it seemed as though it had been cleaned...2 months ago. There was gunk inside the toilet and even though it didn't feel dirty, it didn't feel clean, either. Telephone was dirty and didn't work some Telephone in our room was dirty and didn't always work; breakfast was substandard

Hot and Cold For the price it was ok. We were there two nights and did not have maid service between the first and second nights. TV channel choices were limited and recpeption on a couple of the channels was not very good. Room temperature was a little bit of a problem. During the night the room would get warm and then all of the sudden the air conditioning would kick on and you would get cold. Dirty We ended up with 2 smoking rooms, which we were very unhappy about but were told that was all that was left. When we arrived at our rooms, they were dirty. I pulled the sheets back on the bed and there was what appeared to be blood on the sheets. We tried to talk to management about moving rooms, were told there was nothing left. Unfortunately, there was not anything else available in town, or we would have changed hotels. Disgusting.
