The place is filthy. I had hair in my refrigerator. The grounds were still in the coffee maker. When I told the front desk they just said that they would let maintenance know.

Dated hotel This hotel was a last minute room that I needed for military reasons. The room showed its age from the room key to the television. The room was clean but my lamp shades were barely hanging on the lamps as they were both literally falling apart. The bed actually felt like it was 10-15 years old and rock hard with extremely flat pillows. Extended Stay America in Roanoke, Va The only reason I stayed at this hotel was because it accepted pets and I was traveling with my puppy. I stayed on both legs of my trip with the first time not being as bad as I had anticipated. However, on the second stay the room had obviously had a smoker in it and the room reeked so badly that I could hardly sleep even with my C-Pap machine on. Not the best The room was adequate, but the bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in, felt like sleeping on a board. Also, there was only soap in the bathroom, no shampoo or other toiletries that are found at other hotels. It was clean, and everything was in working order. The cable channels were a little limited as well.

Great for a Cheap Weekend. Location of the hotel was great. Rooms and TV need to be updated though. For as much as I paid, I really have no complaints. I will visit again!

Horrible Went up to this hotel because we had a conference at the Sheraton Hotel. We got to our room and the lights by the bed did not work. We found 6 stink bugs in the room also on the first night. The next 2 days we tried to take a nap and there was tons of noise from the room above us such as stomping and sounding like someone was moving stuff around for hours. We found more stink bugs all over the room for the rest of the stay also. For what i paid for this hotel, it was not worth it.

All NIght --Very Loud!! We were up most of the night due to the fact that the hotel is right near a highway. The desk clerk was nice and the rooms were ok. We both felt that we were happy to not be there at this hotel for an "extended stay"!!
