Smelled like a meth lab When I arrived, the window was open, air cond was off (to let the room air out) and the room smelled like a meth lab. I used an entire can of Fabreeze and the meth smell kept coming back. Also found multiple long, black hairs on the bathroom which obviously tells me it wasn't cleaned very well. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone until it has been thoroughly cleaned. On the up side, the staff at the front desk was pleasant and helpful.

I don't recommend this place The hotel does not provide any kitchenware, no silverware, plates, bowls, etc. There were only 2 plastic cups. There was no coffee machine in the room. The pet fees were unexpected and high, $25/pet. The check in attendant was arguing on the phone with someone when I entered (on a personal call) and ignored me until she was done with her conversation. Wouldn't recommend Room was not very clean. Carpet was stained. Room smelled smoky even though it was a non smoking room. Road noise from highway was extremely loud. Concrete halls and stairways leading to rooms were stained and appeared dirty.

It's what you can expect for the price... Although the exterior looks pretty well kept the room was not well maintained and it was not clean. There was a yellow used soap in the bathtub... However, the rates were very cheap so that's the trade off.

I Got What I Paid For It was okay, however, I do not recommend staying their if you can afford better. I was obviously a mistake on my part. It is surrounded by great hotels but it does not live up to its location.

Disappointed in Roanoke Booked this room in Roanoke just for the night while traveling the Blue Ridge Parkway south. Was not very clean and room had a musty dog smell. There was no coffee or tea in the room. There was soap in the bathroom but no shampoo. There was no hair dryer in the room.

No good at all... The front desk had poor service and no concern for guests. Room had stained carpets and minimal supplies in the kitchen. The shower had no pressure and the pipes rattled. I asked the front desk to have maintenance fix the issue. They said they did, however it was not any different.

The hotel was not very well kept, they overbooked their non-smoking rooms, even though i specified the need for non-smoking room( allergies) Front desk people were not very helpful, they said that they would leave a note that we needed to move to another room ASAP and when I went to the desk the next day they had no idea what I was talking about. They got my prepaid reservation all messed up, kept saying that I owed more and anything that one would need/want was quit a drive. Outside area was not very clean. Can't really say... read more
