Check in was weird, there was no one there. We waited for approximately 10 minutes then used the lobby phone to finally call the front desk and ask for someone to come and he finally did. There were other people that said they had waited for almost 15 minutes before us and even started calling out and looking around for someone and no one ever came for them. The smell in the room and hallway was really strange too. There were Skittles on the carpet in the room next to the bed. The toilet would rock and bang against the wall ... read more
