This isn't a hotel, motel etc. The extended stay is exactly as advertised. Let me put it to you this way....it's a diamond in the rough everyone should know about. If you stay at one, you won't be disappointed.

Staff was excellent and very helpful, property was a little worn, our room was a non smoking but obviously had been a smoking room at some point because of the smell, room furnishings were worn and older. We were just stopping for a quick rest on a long trip so it didn’t affect us that much.

Stay was okay basically for the location. No breakfast or ice machine

The sofa bed was dirty key card stop working
Be More Present and Welcoming with Customers My only thing is THERE IS NO ONE AT THE FRONT DESK...LIKE EVER. I understand if people get busy and they need to step out... However, put an electronic bell or buzzer, that people can use to alert you for service when you are away. It's ANNOYING to have CONSTANTLY YELL for help at the front desk until someone comes.
