Very nice and cost friendly
The sofa bed was dirty key card stop working
Be More Present and Welcoming with Customers My only thing is THERE IS NO ONE AT THE FRONT DESK...LIKE EVER. I understand if people get busy and they need to step out... However, put an electronic bell or buzzer, that people can use to alert you for service when you are away. It's ANNOYING to have CONSTANTLY YELL for help at the front desk until someone comes.
No frills, no anything. Since they built the casino in the area the prices of all the hotels has gone way up. We stayed here because the price was still reasonable. There are absolutely no frills. You get no breakfast you get one towel, one little bar of soap. The room smelled of cigarettes, and the decoration was stuck in the seventies. I am writing Extended Stay America off of my list
We arrived at 3:10 pm to check in and our room was not ready. Asked if we could give them fourth minutes and they would give us 40% off the room for the night. We went to the mall for an hour and a half and when we returned they still had to inspect the room which took another fifteen minutes. We found that the assistant manager was helping to clean rooms as well. When we finally reached the room all was clean except the table which I wiped down.
