Room was cramped. Barely any walk room around the bed. Otherwise it was ok

Great find My stay was excellent.
I have never stayed at an Extended Stay Hot, so I didn't know what to expect. My husband booked this hotel because it was the MOST REASONABLE in Rockford! It was SUPER CLEAN! BUT the hours of the check-in desk were 7am-10pm M-F and 10am-6pm on S/S ~ NOT ACCOMMODATING @ all! ("Call 911 if you have an emergency.")Then there was NOTHING in the room/kitchen! NOT EVEN A PAPER CUP! NO COFFEE POT, No tissues, ONE bar of soap, no Shampoo, etc! I thought it was just my room, but my friend's room down the hall was the same! NOTHING fo... read more
