The smoke smell was awful. There was no hot water to shower with. Terrible experience. I want a refund.

No hot water, No television, no elevator bad bad and bad

The worst experience ever no hot water elevator don’t work bad service, and they keep lying to you every day

Hallway smells like bleach and No receptions on duty, room smells like smoke and fire alarms going off every 30/45mins. Not what I expected.

Trip Ac was not working, the hall smelled like cigarette all the time, too much dust and not very clean rooms, the front desk staff were very friendly, that was the best part , beds not comfortable neither pillows, and since we didnt stay longer than 2 days there was no room service, we had to clean our own rooms
