My room had no pillows on arrival. The bathroom door had a hole in it. And there was a lot of trash in the hallways and by the elevator
The smoke smell was awful. There was no hot water to shower with. Terrible experience. I want a refund.

No hot water, No television, no elevator bad bad and bad
The worst experience ever no hot water elevator don’t work bad service, and they keep lying to you every day
Didn’t like that they did not have hot water and they didn’t even bother telling me when i checked in
A fold out bed? Are you kidding me?
Hallway smells like bleach and No receptions on duty, room smells like smoke and fire alarms going off every 30/45mins. Not what I expected.
