Disappointed I had to wait 40 minutes outside because the desk person was running his night audit and could not check anyone in and there was no lobby. The room had a kitchen; but, did have not have any pots, pans, utensils to cook with. The bed was a mattress placed on top of a metal grate that had no give whatsoever. The property was fairly new and clean except for hair that was on the bath towels.

HORRIBLE SERVICE We checked into our room pretty late Friday night, it was a room with double beds and only one bed was made up...the other one had no sheets or pillows. We called down to ask about that and they said they were overbooked and didn't have any extra! Then the next morning when I got up to take a shower I realized we didn't have a single towel....we called and they made us come down to get the towels and only gave us two. Hotel close to the highway Checked in desk clerks were talking hotel business i had to wait due to the staff talking about the hotel beimg booked in front of me instead of them check me in then talk.

HORRIBLE Worst place I have ever stayed... I was given the option of paying room when booked or paying hotel directly. I chose to pay directly. This is what was on my confirmation. The hotel charged my card anyway and stated if it had declined, I would have just lost my room. So booking on a CC with them does not save your room. We had to take our dirty towels to them at the front desk in order to get more, no toilet paper in the room and even after we asked for some we ended up having to get it ourselves. none I stayed for the rate but the condition of the room was nasty for 1 there was never any hot water 2 there was bed bugs in one room the lady told me that you can't see bed bugs . I showed her one I killed on the bed my son was sleeping on. 3 When they change my room the next room had roaches for days. The African American lady at the front desk is the only one who know how to do anything.
imagine paying for a room in a halfway house i didn't stay, i literally booked another room the same night
