tv wouldnt work dirty room and no bath towels are anything

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE Was not greeted upon arrival waited 15 minutes to be helped. The absolute worst customer service. When I was given my room key she didn't tell me what room number and when I asked she "guessed ###" . Was given to direction to my room or anything. Counters were dirty. Only had one bar of hand soap, no shampoo etc. Room above us had what sounded like elephants running across the room while moving the beds around that started at 10pm and continued until 1am. HORRIBLE!!! Donot waste your money here! This hotel was previously a American Value (somethingblike that) and recently change companies. People live here so it’s not your normal hotel. I walked in the room to bugs that look like fleas on the floor....walked in the bathroom and a roach was crawling on the toilet! I was disgusted and immediately grabbed my things and got out as fast as I could! They didn’t have any other rooms which I was glad bc I didn’t want to stay but I was able to get a refund. An Absolute Dump! If nothing else is available, sleep in your car! Seriously! It's not often we come across a place this bad. The lobby and hallways wreaked of cigarette smoke. When we turned on the room light, cockroaches were crawling up the walls and on ceiling. When I pulled back the sheets to check the bed there were roaches in the bed! It was literally like a scene from a horror movie. We immediately checked out and asked for a refund. To date, they have refused.

Hotel is remodeled but everything is ultra cheap Beds are full size, not queen or king and mattresses are the cheapest I’ve seen at a motel in a long time. Linens smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room. There is no carpet so all noise is heard. Including nightly pleasures noises if you know what I mean.

They don’t offer anything This hotel needs to get like others with ice machine, and roller way beds, staff does not bring towels to the guest horrible service.

BARE BONES This hotel is REALLY bare bones. No shampoo - no face towel - no dish towel - no coffee or coffee pot - there is a kitchen, but no dishes or silverware - there is a stove top but no pots or pans - no hair dryer - no comfortable chair to sit in and read. Worst of all - there was a bug crawling down the wall by the bed.
