Staff was very nice Staff was nice and very accommodating but my room was infested with roaches. That friendly staff move me to another room.

Mad guest I did not like the fact that they charged my card already without asking if it was the the one I wanted to pay for the room with and it wasn't so my account was overdrawn!the older lady was rude and the manager hung up in my husband face when he asked about an iron

Not happy Those were not queen size beds or comfortable and didn’t know this was a extended stay self service
I lost my reservation. When I get there were not b I lost my reservation. When I get there were not body else in the lobby. They close them too earlier.
