Disgusted The first room I had the heater didn't work, the fridge was disgusting, and there were more species of bugs than I could identify, when changing rooms I saw a list of complaints that had other guest complaining of bugs.

Mad guest I did not like the fact that they charged my card already without asking if it was the the one I wanted to pay for the room with and it wasn't so my account was overdrawn!the older lady was rude and the manager hung up in my husband face when he asked about an iron

Not happy Those were not queen size beds or comfortable and didn’t know this was a extended stay self service
I lost my reservation. When I get there were not b I lost my reservation. When I get there were not body else in the lobby. They close them too earlier.
