I will never stay again Most of the staff was nice. When i arrived after driving numerous hours i had to beg to use the restroom after being told to come back in a hour. The hotel was like a broken down dorm room. Housekeeping does not come to your room to clean unless you check out. Just overall unsatisfied
Not coming back No pool, no housekeeping daily, no breakfast, my ac didnt work, ms alpha was nice the other two girls acted like they didnt want to be there. I couldnr get my money back when trying to leave
It was horrible! The rooms looked nothing like the pictures on hotels.com. The beds were very tiny and the bathroom was not clean. I would not recommend anymore to this place.
Very unsatisfied. I only had a half a roll of toilet paper and I found a couple of roaches crawling on the walls. I also found a do-rag underneath the mattress. Was not thrilled about this hotel at all.

Credit Card Fraud they make a copy of your CC, front and back (With 3 digit code). within 24 hours there were charges showing up on my card. Orbitz needs to take this hotel off their list. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

I never stay with Woodsprings again. My stay wasn't all l thought it would be. HouseKeeping And towel service suck. .

Never again This hotel is the worst. I would not pay for a homeless person to live here. The management team are like slumlords. There wasn't any housekeeping services available. We had to reuse old towels and the overnight staff was very rude. We asked for clean extra blankets and they brought us one and told us that that is all they could provide.

Not an option for next trip. The room strongly smelled like very old chicken grease the entire stay. No one came to clean the room on Saturday. The beds were very uncomfortable, which had my back hurting the next morning. When seated on the bed there was a big air bubble under the sheet that wouldn't go down until you laid down. Room key got stuck down in the door.
