reservation was cancelled by front desk as My Name is billy kidd who was a outlaw and they did not believe that was my name. entire hotel smelled like smoke. room was clean but smelled. customer service was a joke. was told by front desk they could not make reservations after 10 but it was amazing how they did after i called the complaint # found on the internet as one was not posted at hotel

Worst hotel visit ever ever had My visit was horrible first room they gave me was not clean second room the bed was no good squeak all night TV did not work room above me was noisy stomping all night was not informed that desk closes at a certain time and if you have problems you have to go to the lobby to use the lobby phone you can't call from your room to get any service. I would never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone !!!!!

You get what you pay for! There was some unexpected critters in our rooms, the 2 shower towels were literally paper thin, the AC unit dripped/condensation on windows and our room as next to the elevator so we heard it all night long!

This hotel had to many roaches the towels was rough and they don’t clean rooms but every 7 days from what I was told no wonder why the have roaches then the attendant at the window told me I had to bring my towels down to get more so I went to buy some never again..

DISAPPOINTED The employees at the front desk were super nice. The kitchen was disappointing. It wasn't really a kitchen, it was a room with a refrigerator and stove. My mother woke up with red spots all one side of her face. We later discovered that she had red spots and bumps on her arm and back. I pray that there were not bed bugs in there. Overall I was VERY disappointed with the room
