Average hotel but good value for football day Friendly and helpful staff but very average hotel. Breakfast was only granola bars, packaged muffins and instant oatmeal. Room was in ok condition except for a broken sink stopper. A good value option for a stay during a ND football game.

Good, clean room Friendly staff. Room very clean. A bit dated, but clean and that to me is most important. Spacious room. Close to campus for game day. Absolutely would book again for a football weekend.

Hair dryers in the rooms would be a nice amenity and for the rooms with a pullout sofabed a few extra pillows and a heavier blanket would be great! Otherwise great stay and pleasant staff! We will be back!

One night stay I was traveling with 4 kids and two dogs. This large room with kitchen gave us plenty of room to spread out. Place was clean and well maintained

The hotel needs to work on their breakfast menu. Nothing consistent to eat in the morning.

Not too happy this stay. My husband and I meet in Mishawaka often as it is halfway between where he works for his job and our home. I was very disappointed with the hotel this stay. The room had a very musty smell. The bedspread was dirty and looked like it had paw prints on it. Someone came up and sprayed Febreeze and changed the bedspread.
