Old unattractive hotel. Dirty bathtub. No services. A cereal bar for breakfast. No dishes in the room.

Worst bed ever You'd think a billion could buy a decent bed... or a refrigerator quieter then the jet engine of an A/C unit that is located right next to my head. Mishawaka, IN. Worst night of sleep in 10+ years. Clearly remember the clock at 11pm, 2am, 5am (moved to THE FLOOR in search of relief) and just gave up. No sleep for the weary.

So many little wrong things. 1st - I had specifically requested a room on the bottom level, in the back and near a exit. I got downstairs, in the front snack in the middle. 2nd - The room appeared clean but I found several things under the bed, a bottle cork, a necklace bead, several tissues and a balled up tissue in my bedding!! 3rd - Saturday evening a car horn alarm starting going off, apparently someone was shutting it off from inside their room. Motel on highway We have never experienced a more filthy hotel than this one. They were short staffed and not willing to help out with our situation. Upon our arrival, we noticed the carpets were filthy. Within a half an our, my new footies were black from the carpet. Later, we found a long dark hair on the bathtub and then noticed a used bar of soap caught in the tub drain. Also, the bottom of the tub had ground in black dirt that could be removed if scrubbed. It's smelled like stale smoke. One of the top three worst hotel stays. Dirty and smelled. I wouldn't recommend.

Hotel was dated. Breakfast was oatmeal but was not restocked even hot water not replaced. In the 3 nights I stayed there they didn't replace the towels or even empty the trash

Stay away... The TV didn't work in the first room we got so they gave us a new one. At night when we tried to take showers, found out the shower didn't work. Called the front desk and we switched rooms again the next day. Overall, the rooms didn't feel to clean. I always check for bed bugs when I get a room and the pillow cases didn't look or smell clean, they're was even a hair on one of them and some stains that looked fresh. I asked and was assured they were changed. I had to buy cleaning product and wipe everything down ... read more

Avoid at all costs There are 2 Extended Stays on the same road. I believe the reviews were mainly for the Extended Stay down the road from this one, which is newer. Once we got to this one which is much older, the lobby had cigarette butts on the floor, our room's air conditioner was broken and the whole room smelled like smoke. The sheets were dirty and had dried bodily fluids on them. They sent us to the nicer one down the street, but we could only stay for one night. We then had to find another hotel for the other nights.... read more
