The sheets when we pulled the covers back were visibly dirty with hairs and crumbs, the floors were dirty, the bathroom was covered with hairs, all of the counter tops were sticky and covered with filth.

Many dead bugs in Heating/ ac unit was afraid to turn on. Also arrived late on Friday night around 11 pm no Desk Clerk could be found waited 15 minutes foe someone to arrive.
There was a bed bug on the bed I left at 2:30AM and they only compensated for one night not my whole stay. That was the nastiest hotel I ever stayed and would never recommend to anyone. You should remove them from your recommendations they should of reimbursed me for both my nights. Very disappointed in you and the hotel

This property has just the bare bones. Everything u need for the room has to be picked up at the front desk. There was no maid service for 2 night stay. The price was $300. NEVER have I paid more than $150 for a room of this quality. I would never stay at this facility again.

Both beds were broken and the room was somewhat dirty. They made it right by giving is a full refund.

The room at check in was very dirty. Trash was in the cans. Floors had debris all over.

The room was a disaster. Had to get a different room. That rooms door was not operable...then the next room was not what I had ordered on Travelocity. Poor experience. Continental breakfast consisted of coffee, granola bars, and oatmeal to ear out of a cup.

It smelt awful the entire 5 days we were there. Our room smelled like smoke and the halls like rotting garbage. There were overflowing trash cans in the stairwells that reeked.
