Dreadful Experience!! Never Again!! No working TV!! Deafening noise coming from kitchen wall made it impossible to get much sleep, if any!! Paper-thin walls, hearing neighbors late into the night! Then, after voicing my concerns, promised a 50% discount on the room that didn't happen!!! Apparently, that was just a 'line' by the woman at the front desk to make me go away! Unbelievable!!!

Never Again! It was terrible. First room had an ant in the bed, microwave was dirty on the front and the room smelled. Second room, the sheet didn't fit, no pillowcases on the pillows, the carpet needs to be cleaned, and there was an odor.

The room size was very good. Front office staff very nice. The cleanliness in room was sub par. Hair in the shower and one of the beds had hair and dead skin on in when the sheets were pulled back as if never changed after previous person’s stay

People where rude

Not set up to be an extended stay hotel When I booked this "Extended Stay" I expected the kitchen would be stocked. I didn't realize I would have to ask for every utensil, bowl, appliance, etc. We were in town for AYOP. We left the hotel at 7 am and didn't return until approximately 10 pm every night. We barely had time to eat, let alone ask for necessary kitchen items. When we arrived on Monday, we asked for a toaster and were told they didn't have any to give us. Upon checking, we were given a key to a room that someone was already in. We had access to all their stuff.... not safe!

Was there 4 days. No one came and cleaned the room and brought fresh towels or linen. It smelled of cat pee. The beds were awful. And one night there were cops surrounding the place.
