They suck There was no one at the front desk waited over an hour with 10 people trying to check in and a couple locked out of their room, never got a room

Staff was nice. Room had bed bugs which I found out the next day. So upset because i found them on my infant son and was so Grossed out.

Price was good, but that's about it. Check in was fine. However, the bathroom was not cleaned from previous guests. When I told hotel staff they did nothing. Tried to get clean towels, but they weren't available until midnight. Our room smelled like rotten food.

Seedy Motel Very old feel and smelly. Broken furniture. A slight step above sleeping in your car.

Pet friendly hotel, not very clean. Stayed w/our dog multiple piles of feces on the front lawn. Our room looked nice. Noticed pink glitter on the carpet near the couch & a long dark hair in between the bed sheets!! Upon leaving the next morning there was a pair of ladies underwear in the parking lot!! I would rather pay more for a cleaner hotel!

checking in was a hassle, felt uncomfortable. didn’t have a pleasant smell on the third floor. room felt unclean and unsanitary. wouldn’t recommend to anybody or return again.

Worst hotel ever Booked hotel 6 days before stay, at 3:45pm the day of my reservation receive a call from them saying the room style I booked sold out 2 day prior, even tho I booked it 6 days prior. Walked in and the whole place smelled.like an ashtray even tho it's illegal in Indiana to smoke in there. Was given room opened the door and the room was dirty and clearly not cleaned since last person stayed in it. Overalll Food in fridge from prev guest stains on sheets. Got new room spider webs bug flying around. Lobbybdirty they ran out of Comp toiletre

AWFUL WEEKEND IN MISHAWAKA NO AMENITIES; ONLY COFFEE, WHICH NONE OF US DRINK; DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH TOWELS IN THE ROOM; DID NOT PICK UP DIRTY TOWELS OR VACUUM ROOM; HAVE TO BRING DIRTY TOWELS TO FRONT DESK TO EXCHANGE FOR CLEAN ONES; NO ICE MACHINES; HAVE TO WAIT TO MAKE YOUR OWN ICE IN THE REFRIGERATOR; NO PLATES OR UTENSILS IN THE ROOM; HAVE TO GO TO FRONT DESK TO GET PLATES AND UTENSILS; SEEDY CHARACTERS HANGING OUT IN HALLWAY AT MIDNIGHT - MY WIFE AND SON WERE AFRAID TO WALK TO THE LOBBY
