I came at 10 pm couldn’t open the door, after they broke the door lock there was person sleeping in there. They didn’t even gave me other room though I’ve paid for the room and it was booked 3 days before. Had to sleep in my car. This place is unbelievable.

Bed was not made, room smelled, building was very dated, heater runs for 30 seconds shuts off for 10 seconds and runs again. This will repeat the entire night if you want to be warm which will keep you up all night. Walls are very thin.

smells of pot and marijuana in hallway. No coffee maker in room and in the name of breakfast we get only energy bars and sugar loaded muffins.

Go Elsewhere Horrible experience. My hotel smelled like cigarette, I was coughing the entire time to the point where I was coughing up blood. The staff members were rude when I tried to complain and I was told by one member "that's not my problem" I will never use them again.

The hallways stunk. The room was dirty and it was very outdated. I had to unbolt the table from the wall to be able to move the tv, that was bolted to the table, so we could see it.

Terrible experience. My door was not closed when I arrived to my room. Walked right in.. no key. No TV remote. Sheet did not fit the bed. I even tried to remake the bed. Found an extra blanket and used that instead. Whole 2nd floor smelled like someone died or there was trash just piled in a room. The toilet was clogged. The room smelled like someone bathed in cologne every time the heat kicked on. First room had crumbs under the sheets. Manager did change rooms and was polite.

Mediocre room, not enough essentials The guy at the desk at check in was totally nice and professional. That's where the good ends. My husband had to go on a quest for sheets, towels and soap, even though I had told them there would be four of us. Not a very nice room, not very quiet. Would NOT stay there again.
