Not a good feeling when I walked up I did not see a room. I did not stay there. I flew into Springfield and drove to the hotel and parked in front. There was some guy sitting outside what looked to be the entrance and I asked if that was the entrance. He said "yes". I parked the car and walked up to the door of the hotel. As I did, several people were getting out of there cars and trucks and they had dogs. Barking dogs. Forget about it Just stay away from this one-awful hotel-that is all I am going to say

Good location. That's all No ice machine. No restrooms other than the room. Worst I ever had.

Great if you like sleeping in an ashtray The most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. Every inch of this place stunk like a dirty ashtray. There were nicotine stains literally dripping down the walls of our room. Totally disgusting! Had to give 1 star because zero is not an option

Avoid this place like it's the plague!!! This was the worst experience I have ever had. We asked for the dishes when we checked in at 3pm to cook dinner. Four hours later we gave up and had to go to dinner. Then when we got back we asked where they were and the lady laughed and said "Oops I'm sorry I knew I was supposed to get dishes but couldn't remember which room number." She didn't even try to figure out who's room it was for. Then we waited another hour and finally got them. They said they had a full breakfast but that ... read more

Needs renovation!!! Carpet should have been replaced few years ago, full of stains. Looked very bad even for a 2 star hotel. Outside smoking area 15ft from hotel entrance.

Yuck Dirty room! Used wash cloth in nightstand and a used douche in drawer believe it or not! Disgusting! We left.

Overall an ok stay! Friendly and helpful service! We ask for a non smoking room and I'm not sure if the room we stayed in was smoking before they turned it into a non smoking room but that's all I could smell. All of my clothes smelled like that as well. You could tell it had been cleaned but not thoroughly! There were crumbs in the microwave from whoever stayed before and hair left in the bathroom! Customer service was great and very friendly!

Never again Room had a fowl order wife and kid said the bed had a smelt like feces or an old folks home. The window needed to be kept opened entire stay to freshen up the air. Wi-Fi was only able to be connected if I went down three floors to connect. Not worth the savings from making the jump to a four star hotel.
