Never again. Hotel seems to caters to the section 8 population. When I arrived the police were dealing with some kind of disturbance. Claims to serve a hot breakfast. Don't believe it. Room is never cleaned.

we will not be back The rooms were very dirty, our bathroom sink had toothpaste all over it, the air conditioner did not work, we could hear all of the noises outside our window, including a woman that was looking for business, we notified the front office, and he did go outside and speak to the woman but she did not leave and yelled most of the night.

Check in took 15 minutes due to desk clerk being absent from desk for nearly 10 minutes and several people waiting to check in at 10:30 on a Friday night. There was only a single plastic cup found in the room. The continental breakfast had no fresh items. Coffee was bad. These things left poor impression but room was clean, comfortable and hotel was in nice isolated and quiet area.

Room was half cleaned Got into the room before running to see my daughter. Saw bags of garbage and linen on the floor from cleaning staff gathering it up. Bed was half made, bedspread and pillows weren't on but looked as though the bed had been made. No soap or cups anywhere in sight. After I returned from dinner the room looked the same, front desk was apologetic and refunded the night stay and provided new bedspread, pillow covers , towels and soap. UGH This hotel was the last in our string of bad hotels for our trip. The poor man at the front desk was overworked, but very friendly. The hotel was recently changed to Non-Smoking, so if you are allergic or sensitive to cigarette smoke like me, it's a crap shoot. Our first room had a VERY strong smell. We found a cigarette butt in the window sill, and the TV was pointed to the window with a chair next to the window. Clearly the person before us had sat there smoking. Insecure and non specified payment conditions The bathroom smelled like hair dye , and the outside are very insecure, I witnessed a violent car robbery in the parking lote. About payment issues, they accepted card payment without my name on the check in and then when the first week was accomplished, they didn't accept the same card, because internal policies, warning to kick out, fortunately another friend help us with the credit card.
