The building was great. The decor was modern. The building was clean and well designed. HOWEVER, the staff sucked. The hotel guests were primarily trashy.
Dirty Run down
Not clean and staff not friendly. Bed sheets dirty and carpet dirty Staff very rude and not friendly Outside facility dirt and trash. Other guest trashy. Would not recommend.
Not very clean. They need to vacuum the hallways ... cigarette butts in the stairwell ... no ice machine ... but overall, just to use the place for a night's sleep it was fine.
Cops and stealing my 100 Horrible!! Police there 2 out of the 3 days. Cigarette butts on the floor under the bed in a non smoking room. Upon arrival we were asked to give a $100.00 deposit and we were told that we'd get it back upon check out. Our check out date was 12/18/2016 and the hotel managment returned our deposit on the 16th and didnt even actually give it to us. So with that being said we were out $100.00 due to someone elses mistake. I wouldnt refer this hotel to anyone. Never going back

Won't stay here again! The staff was great. However, the room wasn't clean. Changed rooms, same issue - not clean.

Dirty Ok if youre fine with a basic room that will probably be dirty
Not a good place to stay This place is run down dirty and just a nasty place to stay. Just like renting from the trashy land lord that don't take care of .his property. I stayed next door last time i was in Springfield and it was nice and clean boy what a difference.
