This hotel was not what I expected. It did slightly resemble the pictures but the details and cleanliness were not satisfactory. Upon arrival a strong smoke smell was present, not what you would expect from a smoke free hotel. The bed sheets had black lint in places on them as if they were not washed from the traveler before. Bed bugs and bad cleaning Friend moved out when they saw bed bugs. We should have too but came home all bit up. The hotel sheets and everything else was dirty. Told the hotel about the sheets and they simply gave me more - didn't even send some one to change them. In the morning multiple police cars were in the parking lot searching someone's car for drugs. Don't stay here!

No phone service, no clothes hangers in the rooms the mattress pad was dirty. I could see it through the sheets. Clean the really old carpet.

Business Trip Continental Breakfast was a joke! I don't call granola bars, oatmeal and packaged muffins a continental breakfast! Rooms were ok, but 1) they didn't have a hair dryer in the room 2) no utensils in the kitchen...not even a dish cloth to wipe up spills, etc. 3) the parking lot was terrible...you know that you will have smokers so please put some ashtrays outside 4) there was a tornado warning when I stayed and they had no evacuation procedure! Apparently they don't care enough about their guests!

Bad smell I chose a room with a king size bed online, but only received a queen. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The back entrance, which has a security door, did not close properly. We could hear people go in and out the back entrance all night and to early morning hours. The worst was the smell. The odor from people smoking near the hotel doors or in other areas generated a musty smell in the room.

Cheap Hotel with Kitchenette but very noisey Hotel room was mostly okay. Floor in kitchen area and bathroom were sticky. Bathroom fan which turns on with light was so crazy loud. Free wi-fi in rooms. Windows open a few inches (safety reasons) but nice to get fresh air. Bed was comfy. Pillows were flat. Noise level is my huge complain and why I will never return. Walls are paper thin and could hear conversations even 2 rooms away. Person was pacing floor above me at 5 am so that was fun to wake up to that. People were outsid... read more

Rude reception I arrived around 1pm and the lady at the counter was extraordinarily rude in telling me that check in was at 3pm. Every other hotel I've been to has at least rod to accommodate the early check in. The facility was dirty and there wasn't even a coffee pot in the room.
