Not about the property but breakfast is not included!

Good value This hotel is getting better. I stay here a couple times a month. Check in was quick, as usual. First room had an odd smell and some trash on the bathroom floor, but I was quickly given a different room. Second room was clean and just what I'm used to. Yeah, the rooms could use updating.....yada, yada, yada......but I have to remember how much I paid and then I realize it's worth it. Cleanliness of the public areas is getting better. Keep working on it guys!

Cool staff. Also I thought the picture in the lobby was pretty neat. My room was homey and everybody seemed like they enjoyed it.

Just ok. There was water on the counter and floor and the carpets were so dirty that when you walked on them barefoot, your feet got dirty. I cleaned up the water. I was overall ok with our stay other than the cleanliness...

Well this place has gone downhill tremendously in the last few years. Definitely a rougher one of the hotels in Springfield . The room was clean, but I had reserved it online as a handicapped room only because that's all they had left and it struck me very odd that it was on the second floor of the hotel seems like a major issue if there was a fire in the elevators are out. The shower was terrible there is green electrical tape around the connecting part of the hose to the shower head that leaked tremendously and sprayed wat... read more
