Not allowed to check in Well we showed up at 12:06 and they wouldn’t let us check in even though I had already paid it

I didn't like the fact I had no toiletries in room 304 ten sheets left on a roll and no extra my sister asked for a wash towel and they couldn't give her a extra wash cloth for her room I don't think they ever cleaned the stairwells, sorry but will not be a repeat customer

There were no towels and someone left their food in the refrigerator. The pillows were very uncomfortable and we had no cups to get a glass of water with

We stood at the check in desk for over 20 minutes before anyone showed up to check us in. The man who check us in was good but you could tell he did not want to be there and made us feel like an inconvenience. We left to go out with some friends and came back to the hotel around midnight… the doors were locked and we tried to use our key to get in and it wouldn’t work so we used the phone as instructed and no one would answer… it just kept saying the front desk was closed and the line would disconnect. I checked in at 8:30pm on a Saturday night. The room was decent. A bit outdated as far as pug ins. The floor was clean (laminated) overall the room was decent. The hotel smelled like marijuana. After getting settled in my room the room above me was making horrific sounds. It sounded like kids jumping off the bed and running in the room. I am assuming due to laminate floor the sound barrier is not very good. But I called the front desk.
