The room had an odor. There were strange stains on the walls. It was extremely loud. The people in the next room must have had a party until 1:00. Yelling, slamming doors,etc. There was no ice machine. There was no trash can in the room. Worst hotel I’ve yet been in.

Didn't feel so safe. Parking spot wasn't well lit and there was loitering in the parking lot and hallway.

I liked how there was someone at the front desk 24/7. The gal that checked me in was very pleasant and answered all my questions. When i left this morning the young man was just as pleasant. I will recommend this to anyone i know heading to St. Louis, MO. Thank you!!
