All in all I enjoyed my stay I hao an Amazing check-in with Randy and he was friendly and amazing the other staff was friendly but when it came to getting quarters for the laundry they didn't have any but they said debit card but really you have to download the app to pay for laundry. All in all it was comfortable bed, clean kithen and bathroom though I didn't get to use the kitchen but the microwave didn't really heat my food.

The area was safe and convenient from the interstate. The hotel was average for the price range. The handle on the faucet was broken. Breakfast was a muffin or a single Nature Valley granola bar - when I buy them, there are two in a pack, so this was funny. I guess everyone is trying to save some money.

Lacking in customer service When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk and the only sign was to the right of the desk on the wall and said dial 0 for assistance. There was no phone in sight so we awkwardly waited for several minutes and then I decided to reach over the counter to use that phone as that was the only phone in the whole lobby.
