My washcloths were covered in pubic hair. Floor/carpet was extremely dirty (feet were black). Bathroom door was very hard to open and close. Very limited on breakfast (just oatmeal). Brought this up to front desk and nothing.

I will never go back to this location I've stayed at this hotel before and my stay was 100% different than it was this time around. My boyfriend and I stayed were looking to stay somewhere long term until we could get into a more permanent living arrangement

The room we had was not supplied with ANY kitchen utensil paper towels or a simple drinking glass NOTHING! Front desk lady ( which was great) said the offer utensil s for guest staying a week or more. I went and sked for 2 plates which they supplied me with but the room should be supplied with kitchen utensils from the start since that is what they advertise. Our room was no bigger than a regular small hotel room not a suite.
