When we arrived the young lady at the desk when we checked in was not very pleasant to deal with. I was informed that the elevator was not working. I asked for a room on the first floor, I explained that I can’t climb stairs because of a back injury. She said there was none available. Then I went back down and told her that the door would not close and we couldn’t lock it. She gave us a room next door but was discussed attitude. Elevator doesn't work. Empty soda bottle in middle of staircase for 3 days and a wet floor sign there but not wet. Beds are noisy??
